Do I need to thaw the products before baking?

No thawing is required! All Wildgrain products are designed to be baked directly from frozen, usually in 25 minutes or less, for maximum convenience and freshness.

How is the food shipped to ensure it stays frozen?

We ship our boxes using eco-friendly insulated liners and dry ice. This ensures that your sourdough, pasta, and pastries stay completely frozen from our kitchen to your doorstep.

Can I customize the contents of my monthly box?

Yes! You have full control over your subscription. You can swap items, change your delivery frequency, or skip a month at any time through your account dashboard.

Are your products organic or non-GMO?

We use high-quality, clean ingredients including unbleached flour and non-GMO grains. Our long-fermentation process for sourdough also makes it easier to digest than standard store-bought bread.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the quality, please contact our support team for a replacement or refund.

Where do you deliver?

Currently, we ship to all residential addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or international locations at this time.
